Return Policy

At Osmad Prestige, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our premium products. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return policy carefully below.
1. Return Window
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
- The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with all tags and accessories intact.
- For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used items (especially power banks, chargers, cables, sunset lamps, and wearable accessories) are not eligible for return.
2. Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted only if:
- The item is defective, damaged, or not as described.
- You received the wrong product.
- The product has a manufacturing fault.
Non-returnable items include:
- Any product that has been used, installed, or opened
- Custom or personalized items
- Products without original packaging and accessories
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
3. How to Initiate a Return
- Contact our customer support team within 14 days of delivery at: support.osmadprestige@gmail.com
- Provide your Order Number, Product Name, and reason for return.
- Our team will review your request and issue a Return Authorization (RA) if approved.
- Ship the item back to us using a trackable courier service.
Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error.
4. Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via email.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
- If the product is found to be used, damaged by customer, or not in original condition, we reserve the right to refuse the refund or deduct a restocking fee.
5. Exchange Policy
We currently offer exchanges only in cases of manufacturing defects or if we shipped the wrong item. Please contact us for exchange approval.
6. International Orders
For orders shipped outside Pakistan:
- Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
- Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are non-refundable.
- All returns must comply with the 14-day window.
7. Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at our expense (including return shipping).
8. Changes to This Policy
Osmad Prestige reserves the right to update this Return Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with the updated effective date.
