Domestic Shipping (Within Pakistan)
- Processing Time: Orders are usually processed and handed over to the courier within 1–3 business days.
- Delivery Time: You can expect delivery within a maximum of 7 days from the date of order confirmation.
- Shipping is handled through trusted local courier partners (e.g., TCS, Leopard, or Pakistan Post).
- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on weight, volume, and destination.
International Shipping
- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–5 business days.
- Delivery Time: International orders are expected to arrive within a maximum of 30 days from the date of shipment.
- Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, customs clearance, and local postal services.
- International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, VAT, or import fees imposed by their country.
Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
- You can track your order using the link provided or by contacting our support team.
Shipping Limitations
- We currently ship to most countries. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer, or force majeure events (natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, etc.).
- If an incorrect address is provided, additional shipping charges may apply for redelivery.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
- In case of lost or damaged packages during transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
- We will work with the courier to investigate and resolve the issue (replacement or refund where applicable).
