Thank you for shopping with Osmad Prestige. We strive to deliver your premium products as quickly and reliably as possible.

Domestic Shipping (Within Pakistan)

  • Processing Time: Orders are usually processed and handed over to the courier within 1–3 business days.
  • Delivery Time: You can expect delivery within a maximum of 7 days from the date of order confirmation.
  • Shipping is handled through trusted local courier partners (e.g., TCS, Leopard, or Pakistan Post).
  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on weight, volume, and destination.

International Shipping

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–5 business days.
  • Delivery Time: International orders are expected to arrive within a maximum of 30 days from the date of shipment.
  • Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, customs clearance, and local postal services.
  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, VAT, or import fees imposed by their country.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
  • You can track your order using the link provided or by contacting our support team.

Shipping Limitations

  • We currently ship to most countries. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer, or force majeure events (natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, etc.).
  • If an incorrect address is provided, additional shipping charges may apply for redelivery.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • In case of lost or damaged packages during transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
  • We will work with the courier to investigate and resolve the issue (replacement or refund where applicable).
